What are your turnaround times?

For contracted business, these timelines are determined specifically for each client based on their individual requirements.

For ad hoc business, we offer:
Same day (dependant on destination)
Next day (dependant on destination)
2 – 5 working days

How do I know when my parcel has been delivered?

For contracted business, communication options are based on client convenience. This includes emails, sms or whatsapp.

For ad hoc business, sms confirmation will be sent upon delivery.

What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost?

Is there someone who I can speak to in person if I have a problem?

At Fragile Logistics, we give people access to people. You may contact one of our team via email or phone during working hours : 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. We strive to achieve a response time of 24 hours.

How do I insure my parcel?

Fragile Logistics rates include R20 000.00 insurance cover per trip for contracted business. Additional insurance attracts a fee.

For ad hoc business, insurance is optional.
